The 4th Toshali Literature Festival wrapped up in Bhubaneswar, hosted by the Udaygiri Foundation. The two-day event at Ranch Resort brought together literary enthusiasts, scholars, and poets to celebrate literary excellence.

The highlight was the Jayanta Mahapatra National Award for Literature 2026, awarded to poet Robin S. Ngangom for his contributions to Indian English poetry. Festival Director Paresh Kumar Patnaik welcomed dignitaries, including Dr. Pratibha Ray, Haraprasad Das, and Dr. K.V. Dominic.
