Article Submission Terms and Conditions

First and foremost, your submission is your consent to publish the article in Samiksha Magazine.
By submitting your article to Samiksha, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. That you are the rightful author of the article and sole copyright holder and your article is free of plagiarism.
2. That Samiksha does not guarantee your article will be published or the duration of its publication.
3. That Samiksha has unconditional permission to publish your article in our printed magazine and on our website and distribute it in any manner we choose, including, but not limited to, in our newsletter, RSS or content feeds, and social media.
4. That you will proof your article for spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and sentence structure errors prior to submission.
5. That Samiksha reserves the right to edit your article for grammar, spelling, and formatting as well as classify, re-classify or remove your article at any time for any reason.
6. That Samiksha may, or may not, contact you regarding acceptance or denial of your article submission.
7. That the copyright of any photographs that you submit along with the article should belong to you and should accompany a proof permission to use the image.
8. That the article should be previously unpublished.
9. That the article should not exceed 1000 words in length
10. That edits will be made at the discretion of Samiksha Magazine regarding length, style, grammar, organization, syntax, and clarity.
