Egg Puffs
Ingredients:
9 Boiled Eggs
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
2 medium tomatoes
2 teaspoon chilli powder
¾ teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon garam masala
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 Puff pastry sheet

Heat oil and add fennel seeds. Then add ginger and garlic. Saute it for 2 minutes. Add onion and stir fry till it becomes translucent. Then, add chilli powder, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and curry leaves. Stir well. Add tomatoes and cook till the gravy becomes thick. Then, add boiled eggs and roast it for 5 minutes stirring.
Cut each puff pastry sheet into two. Place egg and some gravy on the lower half of the pastry sheet. Then cover the egg with the upper half and seal it firmly. Brush the top of the puffs with egg white. Bake it at 350 C, pre-heated oven for 30 minutes or till the top turns golden brown.
