Ingredients:
5 Boiled Eggs
2 raw eggs
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 medium Onion
3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 tablespoon milk
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
2 green chillies
Coriander leaves
Breadcrumbs
Oil to fry
Preparation:
Boil 5 eggs. Cut eggs into two pieces. Remove the cooked egg yolk without breaking the egg white. Crush the egg yolk and keep it aside.
In a pan heat 2 tablespoon oil. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chillies and saute for 5 minutes. Add garam masala and salt. Then add coriander leaves and crushed egg yolk and just mix well and turn off the heat. Then make small balls with the mix and fill the egg white shells. Keep it aside.
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add all purpose flour, corn flour, garam masala, salt, black pepper, and mix it well and prepare the batter.
Dip the filled egg white in the batter, coat it with breadcrumbs and fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown. Eat with any sauce of your choice.
